We are honored to have as many long-term patients as we do. At the same time, we realize new patients are critical to the success of our practice. We also realize that many patients have lots of questions as they work through the search for a new dentist. We hope our website provides tons of useful information, and we want you to know we are always available to answer specific questions. Here are some valuable resources as you become a new patient at Vero Beach Implant & Esthetic Dentistry:

If you have dental insurance benefits through a preferred provider organization (PPO), the Vero Implant and Esthetic Dentistry team is happy to process and file your benefit claim forms. Unfortunately, we are not able to process claims for health maintenance organizations (HMO), Medicaid, or CHIP plans. If you have a PPO plan, please don’t hesitate to talk to our team about your coverage in our office. We do our best to provide accurate estimates for the out of pocket costs of your treatment, file insurance claims, and work with patients to plan for financing the out of pocket costs of their dental services. We know that dental insurance policies can be complicated, so please let us know if we can help you understand your benefit plan.
While we process and file dental insurance claims for all PPO plans, we are only in-network providers for Delta Dental and Aetna. As In-network providers, we have existing contracts with Delta Dental and Aetna that ensure we charge fees for our dental services that fall within the range of what the insurer deems to be average pricing. That means you will only need to pay the out of network percentage of your treatment costs. We do not have these agreements with out of network insurance plans, and though our treatment pricing is comparable with other local practices, we may charge a slightly higher fee than what is deemed fair by your insurer. In these cases, you will need to pay the difference in pricing as well as your out of pocket treatment percentages. We do our best to help patients minimize their out of pocket costs for dental care, and in most cases, any difference in treatment pricing is negligible.
At the time of service, we ask that patients remit payment for any out of pocket treatment costs. We’re happy to accept payments via cash, check, and major credit cards. We are also willing to work with third party financiers to offer low and no interest payment plans for our patients. If you have questions about financing your dental care, please let one of our team members know. We never want the cost of treatment to deter our patients from receiving the dental care they need, and our Vero Beach dentist and team will do the utmost to help you fit the cost of treatment into your budget.
